What are my custodial rights after I marry my daughter's mother? 4 Answers as of May 09, 2012

I regretably signed away rights to my daughter ten years ago. I am now graciously back in her life and married to her mother. What if any custodial rights do I have?

If your wife has custody she can make a motion to share legal custody I would need more information about the surrender to give you a complete answer.

Since you signed them away, even if you marry the mother, you may need to go to court to clarify the matter. I recommend talking to an experienced family law attorney.
