What are my chances to get the visa if I've been out of status since October 7th and left by my own March 21? 2 Answers as of April 16, 2015

I am applying now for a b2 with strong ties in my country (lease agreement, job, attended to come back to school in September, enough money for my 2 weeks trip).

I can't say, you will have to wait and see. But at least you will understand the reason behind any possible denial. The fact still remains that you overstayed your visa and the US is no longer playing nice with that.

I would say low chances: any overstay is a negative even if you are not subject to the bar.
