What are my chances of applying for residency? 2 Answers as of August 04, 2011

I came here legally in 1996 and overstayed my visa (which was stolen) and later got married. The marriage was labeled as a sham and I was placed on the deportation list. I have been here in the U.S. since then working and paying taxes. I have been married a second time now for 9yrs and have a 9yr old and 24 yr old who are both citizens. What are my chances of applying for residency?
