A complaint was called in that two black males were causing a disturbance in the same area as my friend and I were in. I was asked if I had my ID and I did not, I was then searched an my wallet was removed.

Based on what you said alone, I do not see a reason for the police to search you. They might have had a right to stop and talk to you, but searching you raises another issue. I would consult with an attorney to discuss your case.
