I was terminated about 2 weeks ago and the reason was because of unsatisfactory performance. I had never received a verbal or a written warning, so I was just a bit confused that this happened. I have recently found out that someone else that had the position before me was also let go the same way. I asked my supervisor what was the real reason and she told me to contact human resources. I contacted human resources and I have not received an answer. How can a company terminate you for unsatisfactory performance if you haven't been written up or given a verbal warning? I started working for the company November 2010 and spent about 2 months in training to get to know the way that the company operates, but I was never properly trained on how to perform the duties of my position
