Will Pennsylvania come looking for me in Texas? 2 Answers as of May 14, 2012

I moved to Texas and I have a felony warrant in PA. The charges against me are DUI and simple theft. Took some flowers when I was messed up. I went to Texas for rehab. I want to turn myself in but do not have money to travel. Will Pennsylvania come looking for me in Texas?

Doubtful with such minor charges. If you get stopped/arrested in TX for something, that may be problematic.

No, but even a traffic ticket or stop for any reason by police in Texas will mean that you will possibly be held in Texan custody until you are extradited and then it will be difficult to get bail in Pennsylvania when you are transported back. I would think about taking care of it as being a fugitive has many problems.
