Nothing will happen to your bankruptcy, however, this discharge you received in 2009 will not prevent any creditors from pursuing you if you do not pay. You are responsible for any debt you incur after the date your chapter 7 case was filed. Furthermore, you cannot re-file to get rid of any new debt incurred after that date for 8 years.
