If she was already convicted and sentenced regarding the violation of probation there is not much you can do unless there is still time to appeal ( usually you must file a Notice Of Appeal within 30 days of the conviction.

Get a lawyer. She is entitled to a hearing and a lawyer can speak with the probation officer to negotiate a deal.

You should retain a good criminal lawyer to try to get the judge to keep her on probation or extend it for another year. Depending on what she did to violate probation she has a good chance to stay out of jail. She is probably nor a good decision maker and you are going to have to try to help her act in a more mature and responsible manner. When you get a criminal record it makes it very hard to get a good job.

Multiple issues jump out at me. Primarily if shes on three years probation she would have qualified to be released early after a year and a half, but im certain she was probably never told that. Secondly, on a minor violation such as that any good attorney should be able to ensure her release.
