Should I sue over a work related injury? 3 Answers as of January 17, 2011

I am a 42 year old woman working part time for a big retail company. While at work on 1/6/11, I fell off a ladder. I have an acute compression fracture of the l2 vertebra. Workman's comp is paying for my treatment at an urgent care clinic I don't have much faith in. They said I can return to work though I am still in a lot of pain. I am back on the schedule 1/23/11. Should I sue?
