Should I plead guilty to an underage drinking charge? 1 Answers as of October 19, 2011
I am 19 years old and was at a frat party when the cops came. You pay to get in and it's all you can drink, but I only had one beer. When the cops came, they did not see a drink in my hand and they did not breathalyze any of the 90+ people there. Would it be in my best interest to plead guilty or plead not guilty and try to fight it?Free Case Evaluation by a Local Lawyer!

Plead "not guilty" and pay the collateral to get a hearing scheduled. Retain a lawyer and negotiate to do some community service to dismiss the charge.
