Should I get a patent lawyer for my Business Idea? 3 Answers as of July 07, 2011I have an idea for a website that I think can potentially be very useful to the entertainment industry but I don't know where to start. I'm assuming a Lawyer would be the smartest. What kind of Lawyer should I search for? Patent maybe?

As a patent attorney, I would recommend a patent attorney, but another attorney maybe helpful including an entertainment lawyer or better yet a patent attorney with entertainment experience. Feel free to call me or contact someone local. Good Luck.
