Now that the engagement has ended; how do I get back the engagement ring? 7 Answers as of November 10, 2012

The engagement was recently broken off by me due to her personal issues and now I have requested she return the ring and she won’t. Money is still owed on the ring and she is now trying to sell it via social networking site.

The law states that if she broke off the engagement, she has to return the wring. However, nothing requires her to return it if you break off the engagement. If you believe it is her fault relationship ended, you could sue her for return of the wring.
