Now that 23222b vc is an infraction, can PC 1000 still be used? 3 Answers as of June 15, 2011

As of 1/1/2011 23222 (b) vc is now an infraction and all references to diversion have been removed. However, this violation is still listed under PC 1000 as one that qualifies for delayed entry of judgement/dismissal. Does anyone know if you can use PC 1000 for the "new version" of 23222b vc?
