My step-father petitioned me, what kind of visa will I get? 2 Answers as of September 08, 2014

My mother is a Green Card Holder and my step-father is a U.S. citizen. My mom and step-father got married before my 16th birthday. So my step-father was able to petition me. I just wanna know what is my visa? F2A, IR1, IR2, IR3, K1, K3, K4? None? I always see this. I want to know what visa I'm getting.

I would think it should be conditional residence, the same as for your mother it depends on your age and other factors.

Most likely you would receive an IR visa if you are under 21 and unmarried but there is not enough information to provide a definitive answer.
