My son got an MIP but wasn't drinking, can the ticket be dropped? 1 Answers as of February 22, 2012
My son was recently at a party wth 50 people and was given an MIP ticket. He told us he blew zero. He claimed to us that he had not been drinking. Why was he cited with a ticket? What options does he have? Can I get his ticket dropped?Free Case Evaluation by a Local Lawyer!

I lot of MIP are based upon a person submitting to a PBT and it showing a result over .02%. Not likely to give someone a ticket without a test or a very low test.
