My husband doesn’t talk to us or do anything with us. Is this grounds for a divorce? 2 Answers as of February 15, 2012
My husband has been very distant for months. Does not talk to us in the family and never wants to do anything with me or the kids. He is not interested in us and never asks how we are. I notice he is not this way when he is working or on the phone with clients. He says he has to talk to them and I said he has to talk to us too. He is even going to take a woman client to lunch and he will not go anywhere with me. Are these grounds for a divorce?Free Case Evaluation by a Local Lawyer!

Yes, you can get a divorce because your husband is acting this way.

One of the causes of action for divorce is "irreconcilable differences". The two of you don't get along and there is no change of reconciling the differences.
