My Filipino girlfriend lives and works in Singapore. She is married but has been separated for 4 years. Is there any way I can bring her here until the process is done?

No. The fiancee visa has the requirement that the couple married within 90 days. Thus, she won't be able to comply with the visa conditions.

If you are suggesting a fiance visa, it is unlikely to be granted until her divorce is finalized. This is usually a problem for Filipinos.

Likely the only way to bring her here is as an alien relative. She is not such until she has the legal right to marry you.

One thing you should know is that there is no divorce permitted in the Philippines. So if you intend to marry this person, good luck. Annulments are possible but very very difficult to get. You should probably see an immigration attorney to understand the actual possibilities in your situation.

No, if she is not yet legally divorced, then you cannot petition for her as your fiance. She can try to get a visitors visa on her own to enter the US but she will have the burden of proving that she does not have intent to remain in the US but is only coming to the US to visit. She will have to prove that she has substantial ties to her home country in order to qualify for the visitors visa.

She would need to qualify for a nonimmigrant visa of some type such as student, visitor, temporary professional worker, investor.

No you cannot bring her here until she is divorced. If you brought her here under a fiance visa you would have to get married within 90 days. You cannot legally marry her until she is legally divorced.

If she qualifies for a visiotors vise, she may apply. Sometimes having a husband there is helpful to a wife who will travel alone.

Unfortunately no unless she can find a work sponsor. As a relative, no.

There is no sponsorship for that category. She is allowed to apply for her own visitor's visa to visit the US or can try to obtain sponsorship via school or an employer.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. You could only bring your girlfriend to the United States through a fianc visa or an immigrant visa after marriage. The fianc visa is not an option as you must have a bona fide intent to marry within 90 days of her entry. You both must also be legally eligible to enter a marriage. However, until the divorce is final, your girlfriend could not marry and there is no way to know when such a divorce would be finalized. The best thing you and your girlfriend could do would be to push the divorce along so she could seek a fianc or immigrant visa.

I'm going to assume that your intention is to bring your girlfriend to the U.S. with a fiance visa, which won't be possible until she legally divorces her current spouse. Otherwise, she could visit the U.S. as a tourist, or she may wish to look into employment opportunities where she could come to the U.S. with a work visa, sponsored by a company. Otherwise, until she finalizes her divorce, there isn't anything you can do to sponsor her as a fiance or spouse.
