My ex girlfriend and I are no longer together but she refuses to leave the home I own, what can I do? 3 Answers as of August 15, 2011

Since we are no longer together I have asked her to leave via certified notarized letter. Also the house was bought by me using my funds not to mention my name is the only one on the deed. My question is how can I have her legally and permanently removed from the premises?

From what you say in your question, you've got two options: (1) contact the proper court system and/or police and find out if they will issue a warrant for trespassing (unlikely); (2) file an eviction action.

You would get a lawyer and likely file an eviction in Magistrates Court after properly worded written notice.
