If your husband has a US born child then he should qualify for cancellation of removal for non-resident; in addition, if your US citizen or legal resident, you may also petition for you husband thereby preventing deportation. However, if he has any criminal convictions or has been previously deported then that may present serious issues. Therefore, please consult with an immigration attorney.

There are several ways to fight a deportation hearing. *Removal/Deportation Representation* It is critically important that you get qualified and expert representation for the deportation/removal hearings. The Government will try to get the deportation issued. Neither the Immigration Judge, nor the Trial Attorney are there to help you. There are different forms of relief available which could result the granting of Lawful Permanent Residence. However, this requires large applications to be prepared and the necessity to prepare for trial. My firm has done this for several years, and if done properly, there is a very reasonable chance that it will be successful. If not done properly, the deportation order will be issued and your current way of living in the United States will end and you will either be on the run or be forcibly removed from the United States. For example, there are reliefs available such as Cancellation of Removal, Waivers, Adjustments, etc. I just need more information from you to determine which is the best course of action.

You cannot. If he is in the US unlawfully and is subject to deportation, he will be deported most likely. Possibly the only way you can try to delay or prevent it is to marry him and petition him for an immigrant visa. However there are no guarantees.

You can't stop the deportation process. You should talk to a lawyer and see if anything can be done in your case to persuade the judge to change his mind. Remember, it is not your right. Law gives judge certain discretion to do so. I can't see anything done on your own. You should retain a lawyer's service.

There are no visas available for boyfriends. I recommend that you see competent counsel to see what available avenues of keeping him in the US might be exploited. The reason I say that is that it depends on many variables that your attorney is going to be able to explore. Good luck!

This is complicated. Depending on how long he has been in the US and if he could prove extreme hardship to the child if he is deported, he may apply for cancellation of removal. Please consult with immigration lawyer for advise.

It depends how long he is in the U.S. and why they are trying to deport him. If he can show 10 yrs good moral conduct + a qualifying U.S. relative he may be allowed to stay.
