Landlord on commercial lease filing bankruptcy, what are my rights? Posted on July 21, 2011

Signed a lease for a commercial space with a landlord. The landlord agreed to allow $15K for improvements. Now, the landlord files bankruptcy and the new owner soon will take over. Is the lease still good with the new owner? Can I still expect the leasehold improvement? Do I need to sign a new lease with the new owner? Can the new owner raise the rent?
