The company I work for requires a person whom is out of work for 30 days on medical leave this is to include giving birth, to take and pass a physical after 2 failed attempts the persons employment is terminated, several women have recently been terminated for this reason. Today however another female also with 2 failed attempts was allowed to retain her employment. Is this not grounds for a lawsuit on behalf of those fired.
