Is there such a thing as a constitutional drivers license? Posted on August 07, 2011

There is a lot of conflicting information on the internet about a "Constitutional Drivers License" that allows you to drive a car without a state sponsored drivers license because it is claimed by the constitution that travel by the "normal means of the day" is a right and not a privilege. Is this true? And if it is, what legal proceedings would you have to go through to?
