Is there any way I can help my fiance get his sex offender status removed? 1 Answers as of January 20, 2012

In 2003, my fiance was 18 and was charged with indecencies with a minor (younger than 14). He served 6 years in prison for his crime. He is a completely different person now and has grown so much. The only thing holding him back is this black mark on his record and I don't think something he did when he was 18 should follow him forever.
