The six-month waiting period to remarry dates from the day of the divorce trial, not from the date the judge signed the final decree. While such a marriage may technically be void or voidable, once the six months pass no one is likely to care. Making more trouble after a divorce, even if your grievance is narrowly justified, generally brings no joy.

If I correctly understand your question, the divorce judgment was signed on 2-15-13 and a party got remarried on 3-10-13? Assuming that the Judgment did not specify a different date that the divorce was effective, then yes the remarriage was probably.PROBABLY legal. Without additional information it is not possible to give a definite answer. You should consult with a family law attorney in your area.

In Oklahoma, a party is prohibited from marrying anyone for a period of six months from the date the divorce is granted, which may or may not be earlier than the date the decree is signed. The one exception is if the parties decide to remarry. If someone marries another within the six months, the new marriage is voidable by someone with standing, but upon the passage of time can ripen into a lawful marriage.
