In New Hampshire a Last Will & Testament is still valid after a divorce, however, the provisions for the ex-spouse are eliminated as of the ex-spouse died before you.

Yes, a Will is still "legal" after a divorce. However, a Final Divorce revokes any disposition or appointment of property made by the Will to the former spouse, and any nomination of the former spouse, as executor, trustee, conservator or guardian, unless the Will expressly provides otherwise.
