Is it possible to get more than one crime removed in Alabama? 3 Answers as of April 15, 2011

I pled guilty to a few non-violent cases because I did not know any better. Now I a want to get rid of these cases, but do not know if it is possible if I live in Montgomery.

You should consult with experienced counsel in Montgomery. It may still be possible there to expunge records there, like it used to be down here in Mobile. Otherwise, you'd have to apply to the Board of Pardons and Parole for a pardon. Their website indicates a 2% success rate for pardons. Stay well.
