Is it legal for my sons mother to leave my son at his grandmothers house during her summer visitations? Posted on June 19, 2011

My son is currently with his mother for her six weeks of summer visitation. She is supposed to be supervised AT ALL TIMES by her mother. I just found out my son is not staying with his mother, who claimed to move in with his grandmother, but is staying with his grandma while his mother visits there occasionally. Is it legal for her to do this? Can I pick him up because his grandmother is not the one with custodial visitations?
