Is it legal for my landlord to refuse to pay cable after signing a contract to lease? Posted on February 09, 2011

I have signed a "Contract to Lease" which states that water, sewer, electric and then in the "other" box it states Cable will be paid by the landlord. But on the Lease Agreement it states that the Landlord will pay only for utilities covered by the association. I am considering Cable to not be a utility, but he is refusing to pay based on the Lease Agreement. Is this legal? I am left without Cable at this point and am told i am responsible to pay for it even though in the "Contract to Lease" it says the Landlord will pay for it. Thank you so much.
