In a single family home in a suburb of Syracuse, the owner of the home has the garage separated from the rest of the unit. They have their child living in this space. Is there any recourse or requirements for the use of a space for this purpose? Are there different regulations / requirements for multi-tenant (2) vs. a single tenant property?
