A judge converted a restraining order into a divorce decry in CA. 20yrs ago. I just found out that I am not divorced. I did remarry 10yrs ago. I was told that this was very strange. What are my rights?

You can file for dissolution and have the judgment entered nunc pr tunc back to the date you married your second husband. If there was both a dissolution and a TRO, the court would have consolidated the two cases with the dissolution as the lead case.
