Is it against the law to post on Facebook a link to a newspaper article about somebody's arrest? Posted on July 01, 2011

The person who was arrested had me blocked on Facebook, so it obviously wasn't intended for the individual to see. I posted the link to the police blotter on my Facebook wall, and other people left comments, some of which were pretty mean. But can I be held responsible for what other people say on my Facebook wall even though she had me blocked, making it so she cannot view my wall? And is it considered harassment to post the link, especially when it is public record?
