Is a home unlivable if there is no electricity? Posted on May 25, 2011I live in a co-op where my share is represented by my unit. The board after much arguing finally agreed it was their job to fix it but refuses to put me in a hotel till the repairs are done. I have no electricity and it is going to be high 90's in Tucson this week.
