I am really behind on my taxes, and the IRS says my property is forfeiture. Does this mean they are going to foreclose my home?

It means that they are going to assert a lien against your house to collect taxes. Foreclosure is different as it means you failed to make your mortgage payments and the mortgage can bring action in court to take your property.
