Is expungement or pardon neccessary? 2 Answers as of July 27, 2011

I was convicted in '05 for aggravated use of unlawful weapon. It was my first offense so I did 2 years probation. Completed that with no problems. Now I'm wondering if me finishing the probation dismissed the case? I've been pulled over and stopped and it doesn't come up. I'm curious as to whether or not its even there. Please help

The conviction is definitely on your permanent record. You were convicted of a serious felony, that is not expungeable and will remain with you for your lifetime.
