Is a contract selling a timeshare binding without my signature and a ATM transaction over the the phone legal? Posted on March 06, 2011

I was contacted by phone by a time share company which would sell it. I provided up front money to the company over the phone using an ATM debit/credit card. Two to three weeks passed and I recieved the reciept from the ATM transaction and a contract to sign for their services of listing the timeshare. The contract is unsigned and no further commication from the company. Is it possible to recoup any of the money, with an unsigned contract?
