Is a company legally bound to sell me a product at the quoted price after they shipped and charged it to me? Posted on August 09, 2011

I purchased a laptop from QVC and they had miss quoted the price on their site. I placed my order. Got a conformation, then got another email stating they were out of stock and would try to get stock and fill my order. Then after a few days they called and said they were canceling my order because of the miss quoted price, but never cancel the order. Over this last weekend the Item ships from the vendor and leaves UPS headed my way. I even have a tracking number for this order. Then QVC today intercepts the package. Are they now legally bound to sell me this laptop at the miss quoted price because they actually shipped and charged me for it.
