Is cheating a ground for a legal annulment of the marriage or do I have to file for divorce? 1 Answers as of December 10, 2016

I married in August. My husband cheated on me around 7 days before we married. I found out a few days after videos etc. of his betray. I'm pregnant from him, but I didn't had any sexual relationship with him, since we were married. Also he's trying to hook up with hookers. I also have proof of this. The only reason he married me is to have a free caretaker for his mother. He tells me every day he has no respect for me, he hates me. Also he's physical abusive (hit me in the face, stomach etc.).

Although this is a short marriage, it would not be grounds for an annulment. You also have parenting and support issues it will be continuing with this divorce action.
