Is the airbag of my steering wheel defetive? 3 Answers as of January 27, 2012

I hit a car going 45 to 50 from the back. The passenger airbag deployed but mine from the steering wheel didn't. Is it defective?

If the front end of your car was the point of impact, there could be an airbag failure. You should consult with an attorney in your area who handle defective products case immediately to determine of you have a case. Time is of the essence since an inspection of your car and the airbag systems is needed to proof your claim.

An attorney is not the right person to ask. I would think the bag was defective, but would ask an expert as to such devices and probablly do a google and other search engine search for such a defect as to the vehicle you were driving.
