My boyfriend, who lives in CT, got charged with 2 counts of assault on a officer. He was being brought to the ER due to being under the influence and while at the hospital he began to spit. Three days later he had a warrant for his arrest and arrested him and charged him with assault on a officer. I'm sure he was acting a bit crazy but he didn't hit anyone.
