If we default on our bankruptcy payments, can we file again? 2 Answers as of August 27, 2010

My wife and I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy about 15 months ago. The payments remain to be high and we are not able to keep up with the payments on time. If we default on these payments, will we be able to file again?
