If there is a hostile environment created in the workplace but doesn't fall under EEOC guidelines for discrimination, is there any legal recourse that can be taken? I'm an employee of a nonprofit and I feel like I'm being "setup" to get fired by the SVP and Director of Marketing after being a stellar employee for over a year. I've involved in HR but the environment has not gotten any better.
