If my husband moved 50 miles from me and he wants me to pick up our son after his visitation, what can I do? 2 Answers as of June 07, 2013

My ex husband has just moved 50 miles from my residence and wants me to pick up my son after his visitation. I have primary residential custody and live in New Jersey. Our divorce decree declares that we share the driving when he lived 10 minutes from me. Now that the circumstance has changed, do I have any recourse other than going back to court for the 20th time?
