My ex was charged with criminal attempt to possess meth is this a felony? He has a class 1 misdemeanor for indecent exposure. The fines from that (2 grand) have never been paid so he has a court date on February 14 for that. He never pays child support so DCSE is after him. He quit his job when they took one payment from his check so in March they are sending a letter to the court recommending he be jailed because he already lost his license. I’m just trying to figure out if it’s a felony and if he goes to jail can I get the divorce he has been stalling for the past year and my lawyer I paid upfront won’t even return my calls or set a court date for my divorce.
