If I'm being charged with a misdemeanor theft of property and I still have 3 previous charges in 2012, what will be my sentenced? 1 Answers as of June 12, 2017

I'm being charged with a misdemeanor theft of property. What were stolen were 2 four-packs of energy drink, retailed at less than $25 altogether. I have 2 home invasion 2nd degrees that I previously have gotten YTA for and did prison time for 2 years. (YTA is a program that lets youthful offenders complete a program in which your felonies are expunged upon completion and I did successfully complete said program but he judge can see it happened regardless.) At the same time as those cases I was also charged with misdemeanor embezzlement. I was sentenced on those 3 charges together, in 2012. I've had a clean record since then and have been doing well until this theft of property. After my preliminary hearing, (At which, I took a plea to YTA again, but no guarantee of jail time or no jail time), I went to an inpatient rehabilitation facility to get clean off heroin, which was ultimately my reason behind committing these crimes. Since leaving rehab, I've gotten my own place with my girlfriend, have been working full time, and am enrolled to get back into college.

Who knows? It's way to hard to tell unless we know your judge, probation recommendation, etc. It could go many different ways based on your history if theft cases.
