If I was pulled over and blew an .08 DUI what will likely happen? 1 Answers as of April 25, 2011

I was out at a nearby city coming home through unfamiliar roads. Without realizing I drove onto a one way street in the wrong direction. A policeman pulled me over and administered a breathalyzer- I blew an .08. I had waited an hour after my last drink before getting behind the wheel. This is my first offense in an other wise perfect record. What will likely happen? Do I get an attorney or public defender to represent me? What kind of fees will there be? What about my driver's license, will it be affected?
