You will not be able to get a license in the new state that is different than the one you currently have. Most states are "reciprocal" which means they will coincide their license with the one from the previous state.

I am not quite sure what you are asking. Your DUI conviction may follow you to another state. Some states will require you to petition their courts in order to have a restricted license. You may be subject to additional fees and "red tape" but it usually can be done.

No. Usually the States will follow the other states suspensions. So you need to hire an attorney in whatever state you want to drive to get you a license. Or you can try and get a license in the new state and see if they know about the suspension in the other state.

If you are in fact moving your residence to a new state, you are obligated to obtain a license in your new state of residence. I doubt that your current state of residence is going to give you a limited drivers license that is effective in another state. You need to be honest with the new state of residence and do everything they require of you.

In NH, the DMV does not issue a work license or school driving privileges license. If your license or driving privileges is suspended in NH for DWI/DUI, you cannot drive until reinstated by the NH DMV. If you try to obtain a license in another state, that state will generally not issue you a valid license due to your NH suspension or will eventually suspend your new license once it receives notice via the National Driver Registry that your NH driving privileges or NH license is suspended for DWI/DUI. You should contact an experienced NH DWI attorney to discuss your case.

Since there is an interstate pact among the states, you will probably have to resolve the problem first in the state where your DUI is pending. No states will give you a license if you are suspended or revoked in your home state, trying to get a license by moving to another state could prove to be most difficult, unless you take care of it now, in court.

Most states have an agreement to suspend your license if you have a case pending in another state. If you did not refuse the breath test you can get a conditional license to go to work or school in the state where your DWI is pending. You cannot get a conditional license in the state you move to. You should retain a good criminal lawyer to try to get the case reduced to a violation or your license will be revoked for 6 months and your insurance will be $5,000 a year or more in some cities.

If your DUI is still pending - meaning, still going through the court system - your license is probably already suspended by DMV here in California. If so, you won't be able to get a new license in the new state; they are all hooked up now by the Interstate Compact so the new state will not issue you one if your license is suspended here. Best bet is to get the case resolved here before trying to get a license in your new state. Aside from that, if you do not appear in CA and finish your DUI case a warrant will issue here and again you won't be able to get a new license in your new state. Eventually, though, you are going to have to get a new license if you establish residency in the other state.

If your license is supended you can apply for an ignition interlock license. T hen you can drive with an ignition interlock device installed on any car that you drive. You would have to refer to the laws of the state you are moving to to determine whether to apply for a new license and what effect a license suspension in Washington State would have. Good Luck.

You can get a restricted license by enrolling in the DUI classes in California. You need to complete the classes in California. The DMV rarely allows other programs from other states. With this DUI hanging over your head, other states will likely not allow you to get a license, as the DMV will put a hold on it.

In Michigan, when you got your DUI, you were issued a Section 625 Permit. You will likely not be permitted to get a license in another state until it is cleared. You can still move, but must complete the DUI case in Michigan where you got the ticket. You may get a restricted license, depending on the charge plead to and your prior record. However, it will not be a valid restricted license in another state. You should hire an attorney to explain this to you in detail.

First, I do not know if you are going to get work and school privileges when you resolve your DUI case. Second, unlike your driver's license, work/school privileges may not be extended to you when you go to a new state. Your DUI Stays in California. If you do not complete DUI School in person in CA, it gets complicated. While the court with permission will usually allow you to do the School in another State, the DMV will not accept that School out of State and you will continue to have your license in CA suspended. You would then need to deal with the DMV Mandatory Actions Unit in Sacramento to get the Suspension in CA lifted, after your period of suspension is over.

Your question really doesn't make any sense, but if you're asking if the DUI from one state will effect you in the other, the answer is yes. If you're asking if you can change your charge to another state the answer is no, you have to see the charge through to its conclusion in the state where you were charged. If neither of those two answers clears up your question try again and I will too.

One of the most significant problem with DUI convictions or Department of Licensing suspension is that although you can get a temporary license by installing a Ignition Interlock Device, we continually run into problems when another state is involved. For instance, while Washington allows a temporary license privilege another state, such as Idaho may not have a provision for such. And typically other states are required to suspend upon receiving a report of a suspension out of Washington. In a nutshell, if you are suspended in Washington and move to another state, they may very well suspend you based on the Washington Suspension.
