If I have not lost custody, why do I not have visitation? 2 Answers as of February 03, 2012
I have never been anything except concerned with a hospital’s analysis of my child. The courts took away my rights temporarily but I could still visit. With no car and no buses that run to drug testing area, why am I considered crazy and detrimental to my son? Is this legal and how can I find a lawyer who will take on human services and this hospital to expose their discrepancies?Free Case Evaluation by a Local Lawyer!

Well if the court told you to get drug tested and you have not then they must think that you are not responsible. Show them that you are responsible. Call the social worker and ask if they can change the place to drug test. Make it closer to you.Call and find out how your son is. Show your concern, be responsible.

You will have to call around to see if you can find an attorney to take the case at no charge. You did not provide a lot of facts so I am not sure why the court took your visitation rights away. From your email, I believe it has something to do with the court thinking you are using drugs and potentially a restraining order.
