If I have not been charged for an OVI if I blew a .08 and then a .07, should I get a lawyer? 1 Answers as of January 25, 2011

I was pulled over after leaving the bar for expired tags. The officer had me follow his flashlight with my eyes, and I did not succeed at it. I got asked to step out of my vehicle. He then had me submit to 3 field sobriety tests, and I did not do a good job with them, either. I blew a .08. I was then taken to the station where I blew a .07. I still have not been charged, though.
