If I have an upcoming court date for two charges (possession and paraphernalia) on Sept 29 but I'm moving, what should I do? 1 Answers as of July 10, 2017

If happened in Tennessee but I'm planning to move to Colorado 3 days after my court date and I know I'll probably get probation. Is there a way I can transfer it to Colorado?

You may be able to move the court date up. If you are put on probation, it probably needs to be transferred under the Interstate Compact which can take 60 days to go through. You need a lawyer in TN to help with this.
