If I file for bankruptcy after a divorce can she still be liable for debt if any and all debt was signed to me? Posted on February 23, 2011

My ex-wife is being sued by the car company for the debt still owing after a dissolution of bankruptcy in Oregon on my end. In the divorce in Idaho I was to incur any and all debt assigned with the vehicle. But after 6 months, the motor company is going after her for it. If I filed for bankruptcy in Oregon after the divorce in Idaho can she still be liable for the debt of the vehicle if the court documents say that she is not liable for any of the debt on the vehicle?
